Reinforcing Steel

Built for strength, consistency and project requirements

East Steel reinforcing bars are manufactured from billets produced within our own manufacturing operations, supporting quality control and product traceability.

Rebar production began in 2014 and provides reinforcing steel in sizes from 10 mm – 32 mm, with customized specifications for customers across the UAE and MENA region.

Production Process

Controlled production from billet loading to packing

Loading

Billets are loaded into the reheating process.

Reheating

Billets are heated to the required rolling temperature.

Rolling

Billets pass through rolling stands to form reinforcing bar.

Quenching

Controlled quenching develops the required mechanical properties.

Cooling

Bars cool uniformly on the cooling bed.

06

Finishing

Bars are cut to customer-required lengths.

07

Packing

Finished bars are bundled, tagged and prepared for delivery.
